The new chemical logistics centre in Moerdijk is located between the ports of Rotterdam and Antwerp and offers connectivity to the European hinterland, ensuring efficient transport of products in terms of cost, speed, accessibility and frequency. The facility has multimodal transport connections, including proximity to major seaports and important waterways such as the Rhine and Meuse.

Covering an area of 29,000 square meters, the warehouse offers space for around 45,000 pallets in five sections. Four sections are specially equipped with CO2 extinguishing systems for the safe storage of hazardous goods, while the fifth section is equipped with ESFR sprinklers for general cargo.
