The integration of OTRA’s technology is expected to increase the options available to drivers using the intruck app, offering more parking spaces and enhancing service functionality. Fleet operators will have access to new features via their SNAP portal, and truck parking providers will be able to connect with a broader base of drivers, including over 10,000 additional drivers using SNAP Account payments.
“The acquisition of OTRA’s network of truck parking options and IT infrastructure is aimed at improving SNAP’s offering to its customers. Expanding our presence across Europe is an important step in delivering a connected and comprehensive service,” said Matthew Bellamy, Managing Director of SNAP.
Bellamy added:
“OTRA’s technology aligns with SNAP’s goals, and the integration is intended to strengthen our platform. We worked closely with the OTRA team to ensure a smooth transition and are optimistic about the potential for growth.”
OTRA’s current customers are expected to continue their operations without any disruption during the transition.
