To be able to inform employers and employees what wage increase to expect in 2023, TLN has cut negotiations with trade unions shorter than usual and announced the results of the latest collective labour agreement consultations on Wednesday.
TLN has proposed to conclude a 1-year agreement with a term from 1-1-2023 to 1-1-2024, whereby the wages will be increased by 5% as of 1 January 2023.
The organisation also proposed to increase the accommodation costs as of 1 January 2023 in accordance with the agreements made with the tax authorities, but not more than 5%.
According to the announcement, trade unions currently have no mandate to reach a collective labour agreement with a limited number of subjects, therefore, they shall stick to all submitted proposals.
TLN and the trade unions have decided to continue the consultations through this week.
