Arvato, a global third-party logistics provider with a focus on supply chain management and e-commerce, intends to leverage ATC’s expertise to expand its footprint in the rapidly growing data centre services market. ATC’s services include catering to hyperscale data centre operators, high-tech freight forwarders, and original equipment manufacturers.

“The planned acquisition of ATC Computer Transport & Logistics is a significant milestone in our strategy to open up new growth areas,” said Mitat Aydindag, President TECH at Arvato. “Our combined portfolio will enable us to offer our customers more comprehensive and innovative services worldwide. By combining our global expertise and ATC Computer Transport & Logistics’ strong network, we are strengthening our position in a dynamic market segment.”

ATC’s robust European network, covering key data centre hubs, will complement Arvato’s global reach, creating an expanded service portfolio for the data centre lifecycle. The combined companies aim to offer end-to-end services tailored to international customers in the tech sector.

The acquisition process is expected to conclude in the coming weeks, pending antitrust approval. Until then, Arvato and ATC will continue to operate as independent entities, maintaining their existing business operations.
