Business By Air SAS (BBA) is a well-established player in the French market, specialising in air freight services for various industries such as automotive, aerospace and pharmaceuticals. They also have a strong presence in Africa and offer a comprehensive range of logistics solutions, including express services, on-board couriers, project cargo handling and specialised logistics for fine art, perishable goods and personal effects.

We are delighted to welcome BBA to the KLN family, said Vic Cheung, Group Managing Director of Kerry Logistics Network. This acquisition aligns perfectly with our strategic vision to expand and improve our IFF (in international freight forwarding  – the ed.) offerings across the EMEA region. France, a prominent global exporter, presents a significant opportunity for growth, and BBA’s expertise will greatly strengthen our presence in the country.

Cheung further highlighted the synergies created by combining KLN’s expertise in ocean freight with BBA’s air freight capabilities. This, together with the addition of specialised Fine Art and Perishables services, will allow KLN to offer a wider range of comprehensive and flexible solutions to its customers around the world.
