You might think that a truck cabin is not a particularly good place to cook. However, the video above just proves it is not so difficult if you are determined enough.

Chinese driver Yu Dahai turned his cabin into a miniature kitchen. Why? The driver explains that the food served at the stops is expensive and he doesn’t always like it.

In his cabin, he is able to prepare a pizza, bake bread or serve an appetizing dessert. He does shopping once a week and keeps the ingredients in his fridge. Interestingly, his video show many activities you’d think require a kitchen counter can be simply done on the passenger seat in the cabin.

Yu is watched on social media by nearly 1.2 million people. Sometimes he shares the meals he prepares with other drivers. The creative cook hopes that his activity will inspire other truckers.
