“We have a smart car where the driver isn’t wearing his seatbelt. He didn’t like the HGV filming him, so gave the police HGV the bird. Unlucky for him” – tweeted PC Dave Lee, from the Northamptonshire Police Safer Roads team, who was out and about with the Highways England unmarked lorry the other day.
Not taken long and we have a smart car where the driver isn’t wearing his seatbelt. He didn’t like the HGV filming him, so gave the police HGV the bird. Unlucky for him. He hasnt anticipated us all behind. This is going to be a lovely surprise for him shortly ?

The car driver was pulled over and the PC Lee found that there were four people not wearing a seatbelt in the back. Also, the vehicle might have been a Smart, but it was not smart not to insure it and insult police the very same day.
We have this smart car stopped that gave our police HGV the bird. 6 people in it with 4 in the back not wearing seatbelts. Driver has no insurance and is a provisional licence holder !! All get tickets and vehicle being seized. pic.twitter.com/S0n7FYi75q
