Duvenbeck expands into Benelux with Dutch logistics acquisition

Germany-based Duvenbeck has announced its expansion into the Benelux region with the acquisition of Dutch transport and logistics firm, Schotpoort Logistics.

Based in Eerbeek near Arnhem, Schotpoort Logistics is a family-owned business specializing in transport, warehousing, contract, and project logistics. Serving a diverse clientele, including manufacturers in the paper, packaging, consumer goods, and solar sectors, the company manages over 70,000 square metres of warehouse space across the Netherlands. Its fleet of 120 units, including sub-contractors, caters to clients spanning from Hoogezand near Groningen to Best near Eindhoven. Additionally, Schotpoort Logistics operates a branch in Lithuania.

With the acquisition, all 180 employees of Schotpoort Logistics will join Duvenbeck.
