Tracy, designed for track and trace operations, automates tasks such as responding to shipment inquiries, updating shipment details, and managing exceptions. The system is intended to improve operational efficiency by reducing manual workload and enhancing real-time tracking accuracy.

“Co-innovating and implementing the digital worker, Tracy, has helped Unilever teams in the U.S. make our supply chain management more efficient. Within four weeks, we observed notable improvements to exception management and tracking quality,” said Shwetha Balagali, Senior Manager Logistics NA – Capabilities & Excellence at Unilever.

Sam is focused on supplier collaboration and automates document processing, including purchase orders, invoices, and Air Waybills. The AI extracts and consolidates order data, updating systems without requiring IT modifications. According to FourKites, early users have reported a 75% reduction in integration costs and a 10-15% decrease in detention fees.

Both AI agents are part of FourKites’ broader Intelligent Control Tower system, which integrates real-time supply chain data with automated execution processes.

“Tracy and Sam are highly sophisticated digital workers who are trained on the world’s best supply chain data to autonomously perform specialised supply chain workflows,” said Mathew Elenjickal, founder and CEO of FourKites.

Tracy and Sam are available as standalone solutions or as components of the company’s Intelligent Control Tower packages. FourKites states that these AI agents support organisations in managing routine supply chain operations while allowing human workers to focus on strategic decision-making.
