New hourly rates for the drivers delegated to France

The Loi Macron law that has been in force in France since last year’s July effectively hinders work of many carriers. Starting with the representatives, to A1 certificates and the SIPSI system – there are changes made from time to time that must be remembered by all the employers that delegate their employees to France. Recently new hourly rates for drivers have been introduced.

The changes were published on the website of the Fremnch Ministre de la Transition écologique et solidaire on 23 October. The Ministry does not provide any specific guidelines on the date when the new rates come into force, therefore it should be considered that they become effective at the time of publication.

It is worth noting that the amount of allowances for working on Sundays, public holidays and night time hours, both in the case of the carriage of goods and persons:

– 13.89 EUR or 27.77 EUR for days free of work
– 13.89 EUR or 27.77 EUR for work on Sundays.

The new allowance for night hours is 2.01 EUR, which is 20 percent of the rate in the amount of 10.06 EUR.
