Seven women passionate about their job as a truck driver will share their daily life on the roads of France and Europe in a new French TV series.
In the show, the ladies have to succeed in a new challenge everyday, such as loading huge volumes of cargo and then making the delivery on time.
This race against time is sometimes played in extreme snow and fog, while mechanical problems present the girls with obstacles too. However, „nothing stops the Queens of the road”, says French TV channel 6ter.
The program is allegedly inspired by the German docu-reality series ‚Trucker Babes’ and is spiced with the atmosphere of the Canadian-American documentary ‚The Extreme Convoy’.
The eight-episode series will be aired on Thursday evenings starting on the 7th of January.
