Royal Mail has announced its wellbeing offer has been expanded to provide “all-round support” for colleagues and their families.

The company says it is making it easier for colleagues to access support for mental and physical health as well as advice on “managing money”.

Moreover, Royal Mail says it shall offer support “navigating life’s big events or smaller day-to-day challenges”.

Royal Mail states that its wellbeing hub provides colleagues with the following:

  • Unlimited 24/7 access to an online GP – available to partners and children too
  • Unlimited mental health consultations for colleagues and partners – up from eight per year previously
  • Up to eight physiotherapy sessions a year for colleagues and partners
  • A new personalised wellbeing report which unlocks lifestyle coaching with access to nutrition and personal training support
  • Online support for menopause symptoms as well as illnesses including cancer and long Covid
  • Advice and guidance managing money on day-to-day budgeting, supporting with debt or help saving for the future.
