The 21,500 m² warehouse will feature 16 loading docks, four ground-level doors, 50 truck parking spaces, and approximately 200 car parking spaces, including 44 EV charging points. The site is designed to support Scania Logistics’ supply chain operations in the region.

The facility will be gas-free and certified BREEAM Excellent and GPR 8.0, indicating high environmental performance standards, including energy efficiency and reduced emissions.

Hessenpoort, an industrial estate in Zwolle, is strategically located along major national and international logistics corridors, providing Scania Logistics with enhanced distribution capabilities.

Scania Logistics manages logistics operations for Scania, one of the world’s largest truck manufacturers. The new warehouse is expected to support the company’s supply chain efficiency and sustainability goals.

The development is being led by WDP, a logistics real estate company, with construction scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.
