Waberer’s Szemerey won the in-house operations of the Audi factory in Győr, Hungary.

Waberer’s Szemerey Logistics Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Waberer’s, has won a tender for various logistics services at AUDI HUNGÁRIA Zrt – Győr (Hungary), which is one of the world’s largest automotive engine manufacturers in Győr – Wabererannounced it in the Budapest Stock Exchange on Wednesday.

Waberer will provide in- house logistics services at the engine plant, and will take over the operation of an external logistics centre. Their service also includes parts warehousing and servicing of production lines for the production of about 2 million engines per year. The contract with AUDI HUNGÁRIA will enter into force by the end of September. The service period will begin in December 2019.
