The pizzeria will be delivering orders to its customers using robots.
Starship, robot manufacturer, and a well-known pizzeria chain have begun collaborating on the Dominos Robotic Unit (DRU) project. They want to check the possibilities of delivering pizza using latest technologies.
Starship robots will be tested in selected Domino pizzerias in Germany and the Netherlands. They will be delivering pizzas to customers’ homes located up to 2 km from the pizzeria.
The first city in which tests will be conducted is Hamburg.
