The new service allows the transport of all freight types, including oversized loads, and follows a pilot phase with selected customers. It is available nationwide and uses a combination of Rhenus-owned trucks based in Corby and Bradford, alongside subcontracted vehicles managed from Cannock.

Customers can book multiple pallets through an online portal, which includes full track-and-trace functionality and access to live customer support. The fleet can be scaled to meet varying volume requirements.

The launch coincides with the appointment of Marion Simpson as Managing Director of Rhenus Road Freight UK. Simpson, previously Commercial Director, said the pilot phase “helped us understand how to streamline logistics operations for customers, aiming to improve efficiency and profitability.”

The initiative is part of a broader strategy by Rhenus to strengthen its UK presence and adapt its services to domestic demand.
