Press Office of the Ministry of Infrastructure informs, that talks are ongoing about the establishment of fees for the use of Polish roads. Conclusions should be announced soon, since the fees will take effect as early as 2011.
Infrasturktury Resort, which is to fix the rates for the use of constructed roads, still can not reach an agreement. From 2011 driver will pay for the use of constructed routes: Lodz – Konin and Katowice – Wrocław. One thing is certain, the state budget for usig is expected approximately 560 million zł per year.
Currently, the main topic of conversation is to determine the maximum charge. According to this sum, the rates will be calculated.
