HE-Logistics offers container transport with its own and chartered trucks, as well as reefer and trailer transport as well as groupage and conventional transport services.
Despite the takeover, Contargo has confirmed that the business operations of HE-Logistics BV will continue under the name Contargo HE-Logistics BV.
Commenting on the announcement, Marcel Hulsker, co-managing director of Contargo GmbH & Co. KG, said:
“With the takeover of HE-Logistics BV, we are strengthening our position, particularly in the Netherlands. We can also expand our product portfolio with trailer transport and reefer transport in the Benelux countries and Europe, among other things.”
It has also been announced that the Managing Director of HE-Logistics BV, Hennie van der Graaf, will continue to work within the Contargo Group as Branch Manager of Contargo HE-Logistics BV under the management of Marcel Hulsker and Cor Bakker.
