Parcel delivery company DPD has confirmed that its European road service is now fully operational again.

DPD say that following close co-operation with the British Government on its New Computerised Transit System (NCTS), they have been able overcome the initial issues with their system.

As a result, the company have told Trans.INFO that they are now in a position to recommence its road service for UK-EU deliveries.

All DPD International Air services have been continuously available and that remains the case.

The news about the reopening of DPD’s services comes just days after DB Schenker’s announcement that it had suspended its services to the UK due to „enormous bureaucratic regulations”.
