The deal means Einride’s full freight mobility offering, composed of 2,000 electric trucks, 200 autonomous trucks and eight charging stations with over 500 charging points, will be used over a stretch of 550 km across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah.
Einride’s says its freight ecosystem is based on a grid system that is planned, optimized and monitored using the company’s Saga platform.
The Swedish firm writes that the grid “simplifies the management of road freight, removes industry inefficiencies, provides uninterrupted operations and significantly reduces emissions within the region.”

Commenting on the deal, Robert Falck, CEO and Founder of Einride, said:
