Previously, he served as Latin America Manufacturing Senior Director in Mexico and South America Manufacturing Senior Director. Before Kellogg, Ricardo served over 20 years in Procter & Gamble performing different roles and different countries. His last role was Supply Chain Sr. Director in Brazil, Plant Manager and Distribution Center Director in Medellin, Colombia, Innovation Group Manager for Ariel LA in Panama, and other roles in Human resources, Operations and engineering in Colombia, and Start up manager in Mexico.
