As a result of the extension, Maritime Transport will be able to accommodate up to 170 HGVs and 85 car parking spaces. The business took an initial 4 acres in 2020, where the it has an office and an amenity building.

This decision to expand was a natural progression given the strength of demand for services and we were pleased to be able to accommodate this growth alongside our wider development plans. Building iP2f is currently the only Grade A unit available in Yorkshire and our next completion should also see significant interest given the region’s lack of supply.”

The additional land will double the size of our operation which only commenced at the start of 2020″
iPort has a capacity for a total of 6 million sq ft of 24/7 of logistics and light industrial accommodation close to Junction 3 of the M18 and the East Coast Main Line. It also sports a multimodal on-site rail freight terminal.
