Today from 0:00, the two largest Portuguese trade unions of the transport industry are protesting. Roadblocks should be expected, and even a shortage or lack of fuel at fuel stations.

ADR drivers of the SNMMP trade union and truckers of the SIMM union are protesting today. They fight, among others, for salary increases.

Let us remind you that this is not the first Portuguese protest this year. Drivers from SNMMP and SIMM fought to improve working conditions also in April this year. At that time, approx. 2.8 thousand gas stations were left without fuel, and the Portuguese government had to declare a state of emergency shortly before Easter.
