sennder and Schwarzmüller offer Polish carriers cash bonuses for trailer purchases

Digital road freight forwarder sennder, together with the Austrian Schwarzmüller Group, are offering Polish carriers a “one-off cash bonus” and a free sennder-branded trailer curtain with every Schwarzmüller trailer purchase.

In a press release published this morning, the two companies state that Polish-based carriers purchasing a Schwarzmüller trailer will get offered a sennder branded trailer curtain. The carriers will not pay any fee for the curtain and will instead receive a one-off cash bonus.

The offer will initially be available in Poland and then expanded across Europe. Both sennder and Schwarzmüller operate in Europe, with Schwarzmüller particularly well positioned in Eastern Europe, being the market leader in Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria and Switzerland.

Both Schwarzmüller and sennder say the deal works for both parties, “who are continuously seeking to provide their carriers with new value added services and will also benefit from their respective brands becoming increasingly visible across Europe’s roads.”

sennder and Schwarzmüller already cooperate with each other in that Schwarzmüller has ensured its trailers can be linked to sennder’s senOS platform for supply chain visibility.

The two companies say they shall continue to discuss additional value-added services and collaborative agreements.

This announcement is sennder’s third strategic partnership of 2021, having already announced agreements with Michelin and Zeitfracht.

“Until now trailer tarpaulin has been an underused space for commercial advertising. Typical trailer tarpaulin offers 90 square meters of communication space and is likely to be seen by a relevant audience of truck drivers. We are delighted to partner with sennder as we offer our suite of customers this latest value-added service.”
