At 1st July in Russia wanted to unify the standards for authorizing the use of car after alcohol consumption as is in European countries. The standard per mille in the blood is 0.3.
Prime Minister Putin, decided today to change these rules and return to ordain total abstinence behind the wheel. If the Russian traffic police will stop an intoxicated driver, he may lose the driving licence from 1.5 to 2 years. Ther are predicted the checks breathalysers. Devices will be regulated in such a way that showed the actual state of the driver.
