Police want to set a special camera in places where normal face ordinary radars. Those devices have to recognize the car registrations, which vehicle exceeding speed limit.
Examination by the device has to determine whether the vehicle comes from Spain, or the owner is a resident of another country. Then, is searching for information on unpaid credentials by driver and decide whether to take the standard picture as proof of misconduct, or only send data to the nearest police car.
Police believe that this tactic is to ensure the enforcement of large efficiency outstanding credentials. If the sum of the collected fines would be exceeded more than 600 euros, the car will be immobilized until the settlement of claims.
