TransLogistica Poland runs November 3–5 in Warsaw and is one of the most important transportation and logistics events in Central and Eastern Europe.
On November 4, the second day of the fair, both sides will formally sign the partnership agreement in a ceremony at 11:00 a.m. Ewa Węgorkiewicz, Chief Commercial Officer of Trans.eu Group, will represent Trans.eu, and Dr. Clemens Beckmann, CEO of Greenplan, will represent CargoCrush.
Smarter Load Matching and Route Optimization
CargoCrush is a tool from Greenplan, which specializes in route and logistics process optimization. CargoCrush analyzes routes and vehicle schedules, that create highly utilized routes or work as backhauls.
The core of the partnership is the integration of the CargoCrush app with freight offers on the Trans.eu platform.
Using Trans.eu data, CargoCrush will be able to analyze available offers and recommend additional loads that match each carrier’s routes and operational capacity. The goal is fewer empty miles, better vehicle utilization and more efficient transport operations.
The Marketplace of the Future: Connected Systems and Smart Data
The partnership with CargoCrush fits Trans.eu’s strategy of developing its marketplace as part of an integrated technology ecosystem for the transportation and logistics industry.
As logistics systems grow more connected, a transport platform has to do more than list offers. Data, integrations and smart algorithms that support carriers’ daily decisions matter more and more.
The collaboration between Trans.eu and CargoCrush shows how combining a freight network with optimization technology can improve day-to-day operations and business results.
