„Truckers are incredible people who are taken for granted” –said Road Haulage Association chief executive Richard Burnett about lorry drivers who enter the red zones to bring food and medicine back to the UK.

In his interview with BBC Radio 4, Richard Burnet was also speaking about the shameful events that happened to lorry drivers who came back to the UK from Italy or Spain and were rejected because people didn’t want to be infected by the driver.
