According to the organisers of the event, the two-day exhibition will bring together key players in the logistics industry.

Among those expected to gather are representatives of international and regional logistics companies, 3PL operators, express delivery companies, freight forwarding companies, warehouse operators, customs brokers, and suppliers of IT solutions and logistics equipment.

Over 1,000 participants are expected to take part, including logistics directors and company owners, general and commercial directors, heads of transport logistics, heads of warehouse complexes and distribution centers, IT directors, logistics specialists, and foreign trade specialists.

“This event will traditionally bring together industry representatives to address all stages of the supply chain and improve the efficiency of warehouse handling and transport. It will also provide information and support for companies, logistics professionals, and those who outsource logistics business processes,” say the organisers.

Those who attend will be able to visit 60 exhibition stands staffed by companies offering services, equipment, and logistics machinery.

In addition to the exhibition itself, the event will feature the VVIX Conference of the All-Ukrainian Logistician’s Day, bringing together more than 550+ directors of transport, warehouse logistics, and foreign trade specialists.

The conference will begin by addressing concerns about the optimization of transport logistics. Practical experiences will be shared, including on warehouse logistics optimisation. Case studies, foreign trade, and the new realities of international logistics will also be discussed.

Moreover, the conference serves as a platform for sharing experience, discussing logistics trends, and helping to improve business efficiency. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about new technologies and services in the logistics sector, as well as negotiate with potential customers and partners.

All of this is happening amid the conflict with Russia. As the organisers explain, emergency measures are in place in the event that Kyiv is subject to more shelling:

“The organisers of the logistics exhibition have also taken care of security. In the event of an air raid or emergency, conference participants will be immediately evacuated to the underground car park, which has a reliable monolithic concrete floor, a supply and exhaust ventilation system, an autonomous diesel generator, a bathroom, and several emergency exits, to ensure maximum safety.”
