The decision was made by the Vienna Stock Exchange Index Committee (VSE), and Waberer’s shares are set to join the Central Eastern European Composite (CECE) index from 23 September 2024.

The company’s estimated weight in the index is 0.07%.

This marks a return to the Vienna Stock Exchange for Waberer’s, which has historically been listed on the Budapesti Értéktőzsde (Budapest Stock Exchange). Inclusion in the CECE index could increase the company’s visibility and potentially attract new investors.

The Vienna Stock Exchange, or Wiener Börse AG, is a prominent bourse located in Vienna, Austria. It operates not only in Austria but also in other countries in Central, Eastern, and Southeastern Europe, including Prague, Budapest, Zagreb, and Ljubljana.

As of today, 18 September 2024, Waberer’s shares are trading at 3950 Hungarian forint (10.01 euro).
