Teenage girl Katie Gillard named as the youngest female truck driver in Britain by the Road Haulage Association.
Having passed her Cat C test, 19-year-old Katie is starting a job as a driver at her father’s haulage company JL Gillard & Sons. As she claims she is looking forward to driving the 32-tonne lorry full-time. Currently she is making plans to get her C+E licence.
