According to DHL, the acquisition will allow Brandpath customers to access the company’s global logistics network, which spans 220 countries and territories, as well as its supply chain infrastructure and expertise. The partnership is expected to enhance DHL’s eCommerce services, particularly for small and medium-sized businesses.

Brandpath, which is part of the PJ Investment Group, specialises in cross-border logistics and technology solutions for eCommerce businesses. Peter Jones CBE, Chairman of Brandpath Group, will remain in his role. Brandpath’s management team will continue to lead the company alongside DHL managers.
