DKV Mobility announces acquisition of Easytrip Services Ireland

DKV Mobility has announced it is acquiring Easytrip Ireland - a move it says is further advancing its growth strategy, as well as strengthening its market presence and customer base in Ireland.

In a statement, Marco van Kalleveen, CEO at DKV Mobility, said Easytrip Ireland enjoys an “excellent reputation” within the industry. The CEO added that Easytrip Ireland’s “go-to-market strategy”, as well as product and service portfolio, make them “a perfect fit” for the DKV Mobility Group.

Commenting on the news, Jérôme Lejeune, Managing Director Toll and Refund at DKV Mobility, said:

“Easytrip Ireland’s team stands for high professionalism and puts their customers front and center. We are excited to take this next step with them and together seize future development opportunities.”

Easytrip Ireland CEO, Colin Delaney, added:

DKV Mobility also confirmed that Easytrip Ireland will remain an independent company within the DKV Mobility Group.
