DVSA enforcement has posted a couple of photos about a seriously overloaded van whose driver and operator were fined by Bristol Magistrates court.
The 3,500kg van was fitted with modified suspension in an attempt to hide excess weight. It weighed 5,260kg, which represents a 51% overload.
A a result, the court at Bristol fined the van operator £9,270, while the the driver was also fined £998.60.
