A new strategic alliance announced to offer the road transport sector a more efficient and connected future.

The world of road transport is experiencing a new digital evolution. On Wed, June 4th, at the Transport Logistic 2025 in Munich, Italian IT company Golia360, specializing in software, hardware, and services for transportation, and Trans.eu Group, a European Freight Tech multinational, announced a technological partnership to launch the new platform Golia Exchange, an innovation that was at the heart of the event “When Connectivity Meets Capacity“, held at Trans.eu’s booth at the fair.

As the logistics sector undergoes continuous transformations, the need for smarter, connected, and more integrated solutions has never been more pressing. This partnership aims to address those evolving market needs, providing a seamless digital environment, fostering a synergetic collaboration among transport stakeholders while enhancing their operational efficiency. With Golia Exchange, the two tech partners are setting the stage for a future where all players in the logistics value chain are not just connected, but thriving in a dynamic ecosystem built on trust, collaboration and innovation.

GOLIA360 NETWORK – Golia360’s customers will be able to exchange freight offers in a secure and reliable environment, with direct access to the Trans.eu platform through the Golia Fleet digital ecosystem. This way, a Golia360 user will have the opportunity to choose whether to negotiate load offers within the private Golia Exchange community or extend them to the network of over 125,000 users of Trans.eu.

Golia360 Founder & CEO Claudio Carrano states: “A new chapter is opening in the digitization of the transport sector, simplifying and optimizing the activities of industry operators. With Trans.eu, we have launched a strategic partnership, allowing our network of customers and partners to reap significant benefits, ushering in a new paradigm in digital collaboration within road transport. This creates a truly connected community of mobility operators, based on common values such as efficiency, reliability, safety, and trust. It is a new way of cooperating, representing a real opportunity for growth and development for companies, thanks to a network of solid relationships.”

Carrano explains some of the main advantages of this new ecosystem: “The interface between Golia360 and Trans.eu, soon available, will become a showcase for promoting your business and finding new customers. It will also allow optimization of transports, reducing empty miles, and increasing the visibility of load or transport opportunities in real-time. In case of spikes in demand, companies can find partners to meet their customers’ needs, tracking their load through Golia Fleet. Additionally, companies can manage time slots when vehicles are underused, seizing new transport opportunities.”
