In a statement, Dynamon highlighted the fact that Eduardo has come to the company with 28 years in top global exec roles, including Chairman and CEO of Bridgestone Tire Operations in the Americas, and Executive Chairman of Bridgestone EMEA.

More recently, he founded Minardi Global Consulting, supporting companies that need to transform their businesses and mentoring top executives. His field of expertise is in new mobility solutions and is an advisor and investor to digital companies in that arena. Eduardo is also the co-founder of the Mobility and Tire Webinar series.

On the Dynamon board Eduardo will be joining Dr Angus Webb, CEO and Founder of Dynamon, David Watchus, Chair of Dynamon, and Andrew Smith, Non-Executive Director.

Meanwhile, in a recent LinkedIn post, the business also revealed it now has a presence in India:

For those unfamiliar with the company, Dynamon provides web-based AI tools offering unique fleet-specific insights that identify optimum solutions for minimising costs and environmental impact.

Among those tools is ZERO, which identifies the optimum zero-emission vehicles and charging infrastructure to replace existing combustion engine vehicles. The tool is also said to enable optimisation of zero-emission vehicle fleets, thereby ensuring best utilisation of vehicles and charging infrastructure and mitigating the impacts of battery degradation on long-term vehicle feasibility and providing more accurate data on vehicle residual value.
