According to XPO, ExpressNow “combines the capacity, operational flexibility and expertise of XPO Logistics with innovative technology to provide a customised transportation solution ready to meet customer needs right away.”

The company adds that when customers make requests through the service, an “XPO specialist with a first name and surname” is quickly assigned to the case. The specialist will then be tasked with responding to the urgency of the situation and finding the best solution, including with the help of Artificial Intelligence.

“The specialist ensures continuous and personalised communication with the customer, and in a few minutes sends a proposal that the customer can respond to from any device, at any time,” writes XPO, in its press release.

Commenting on the launch, Carlos Rivero, XPO Logistics’ Senior Director of Business Development for Southern Europe and Morocco, said:

“We have identified a real and very specific need in the market: the ability to quickly find a solution and prepare an immediate action plan when opportunities or challenges arise for our customers. With ExpressNow, we are providing a service that focuses on addressing these challenges effectively and efficiently, enabling our customers to act quickly and accurately”.
