The collaboration aims to offer integrated solutions combining Flexis’ vehicle hardware and software with Prologis’ charging infrastructure.

Under a recently signed Memorandum of Understanding, the two companies will cooperate on infrastructure planning, deployment, and tailored solutions to simplify fleet electrification. Flexis plans to introduce its fully electric, connected urban logistics vehicles by mid-2026. Serial production will take place at Renault Group’s plant in Sandouville, France.

The partnership allows logistics operators to benefit from combined expertise in vehicle connectivity, charging solutions, and fleet management tools. Prologis Mobility already supports fleet electrification, having powered more than 10 million electric miles for its customers.

Philippe Divry, CEO of Flexis, commented,

“Charging infrastructure is part of that journey that takes time to plan and deploy effectively. We are excited to partner with Prologis Mobility and develop a consistent offer that customers will be able to quickly integrate and accelerate the transition.”

Henrik Holland, Global Head of Prologis Mobility, emphasized the importance of early planning:

“Without early planning, fleets risk delays and added costs. Infrastructure deployment takes time, and we help fleet managers navigate that process—whether they need a permanent charging solution or an interim option to keep vehicles moving.”

Flexis has invested €360 million in developing its range of electric vehicles and related fleet management services. The company was established in 2024 by Renault Group, Volvo Group, and CMA CGM.
