Ford Trucks’ new scheme, which will initially be available across Europe, includes classroom-based theory sessions and practical on-road coaching in Ford Trucks vehicles. Training will be delivered in four languages: English, French, German and Dutch; and will be offered as a paid service.

According to Ford Trucks, the course is designed to improve fuel efficiency, driving habits, and vehicle uptime, while also helping operators reduce their environmental impact.

The new programme builds on a similar model previously introduced in Türkiye under the name Eco-Drive, which focused on teaching efficient driving techniques to reduce operating costs.

Commenting on the initiative, Ford Trucks International Markets Director Burak Hoşgören said the programme “focuses on factors that directly impact performance in the field,” with the aim of enhancing operational efficiency and minimising environmental impact.

The launch forms part of Ford Trucks’ wider strategy to expand its service offering and customer support across European markets.
