Under the agreement, GXO will coordinate deliveries to Toys Center, Bimbostore and Fao Schwarz locations in Lombardy, Emilia Romagna and Piedmont. The logistics provider will manage all aspects of transport, including carrier coordination, shipment tracking, customer service and dispute resolution.
According to GXO, the service will include the use of digital tools such as a Track&Trace portal, customised dashboards, and reporting systems intended to improve visibility and support cost optimisation.
“We will be able to offer a streamlined service, capable of handling large volumes and seasonal peaks,” said Alessandro Renzo, Managing Director for GXO Italy and Switzerland.
PRG Retail Group, which operates several brands focused on childcare and toys, cited operational expertise as a key factor in choosing GXO.

The announcement follows GXO’s recent expansion of its managed transport services in the Italian market. The company employs a carrier-neutral model, working with a range of providers to adapt solutions to specific customer needs.
