11th Forum of Intermodal Freight Transport to focus on new realities, innovation and intermodality

One of Poland's most important industry events of the year, the 11th Forum of Intermodal Freight Transport, is fast approaching. At the event, experts from the transport sector will discuss new realities, transport structures and new guidelines, as well as the future direction of development in Polish logistics.

trans.iNFO are proud media patrons of the event, which will be held on April 19-21 in Swarzędz and at Warsaw’s Mercure Centrum Hotel.

The event is divided into two parts:

One part will be a visit to the CLIP Intermodal terminal in Swarzędz, during which a debate shall be held on new freight routes to support transport and forwarding companies meeting e-commerce demand.

In addition, there will be a 2-day conference in the capital that covers topics such as the effects of the war in Ukraine on the European economy, the conduct of transport, and innovation in modern logistics.

Some of the speakers and persons participating in debates and discussion panels are as follows:

  • Janusz Piechociński, President of the Polish-Asia Chamber of Commerce and Industry
  • Ignacy Góra, President of the Office of Rail Transport
  • Ewa Zofka, Deputy Director of the Transport Analysis Department at the Center for EU Transport Projects
  • prof. dr hab. Bogusław Liberadzki, Member of the European Parliament
