The international logistics operator Kuehne + Nagel recently announced plans to take over the company Rotra based in the Netherlands. This acquisition will allow the logistics giant to expand its services into the Dutch, Belgian and Danish transport market.

It employs approx 800 employees, provides contract logistics services to clients from Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium and international clients. Its annual net income exceeds 100 million euros. After completing the transaction, Rotra will retain control over its sea freight, air freight and container terminal activities.
