Le Shuttle announces weekend maintenance works at Eurotunnel

Le Shuttle, the Eurotunnel freight operator, has announced that it will be carrying out essential maintenance over the coming weekend (Friday 15 March to Sunday 17 March). Friday night will see a modified timetable and on Saturday night all services will be suspended between 11:22pm and 5:52am.

The work will take place overnight and will affect services between 23:00 and 06:00 CET on both nights. An updated maintenance schedule is available on the Le Shuttle website.

On Friday night, a modified service will operate between 23:00 and 06:00 CET. A specific timetable showing the current planned departures during this period is also available on the Le Shuttle website.

On Saturday night, a complete service suspension will be in place. The last freight shuttle departures will be at 11:22 pm (local time) from both Folkestone and Calais.

Services will resume on Sunday morning with the first freight shuttles departing at 5:52am (local time) from both Folkestone and Calais.

Important information for drivers:

  • Passengers wishing to take advantage of the last departures on Saturday night are advised to check in at least 60 minutes before their scheduled departure time.
  • Both the Calais and Folkestone terminals will be closed during the overnight suspension.
  • Le Truck Village and Le Shuttle Freight Truck Park in Calais will remain open throughout the closure. Drivers can check parking availability in real time via the Le Shuttle Driver Info app.
