From the beginning of February, all transports to the territory of Azerbaijan must be notified electronically. Check out where and how.
According to information provided by the Embassy of Azerbaijan, under art. 113.1 of the Customs Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, from February 1, 2019, carriers are required to send electronic declaration documents for all transports crossing the country’s borders.
As the Association of International Road Carriers reminds, holders of TIR carnets can independently send electronic applications using the free IRU TIR-EPD website. Detailed information on the submission of declarations can be found in the User’s Manual made available by the IRU.
