The certification, awarded by Carbon Neutral Britain and aligned with the UN’s ISO 14064 standard, recognises the company’s efforts to reduce its carbon footprint.

Over the past year, Mobile People.Powered.Logistics successfully reduced its carbon emissions by 1.8%. The company achieved this through various initiatives, including optimising route planning to improve fuel efficiency, investing in energy-efficient technologies and infrastructure, and promoting environmental awareness among employees and stakeholders.

Our commitment to sustainability is a testament to the collective effort of our entire team, said Matthew Marriott, Managing Director of Mobile People.Powered.Logistics. Retaining our Carbon Neutral accreditation demonstrates our ongoing dedication to reducing our environmental impact and driving positive change within the industry.

Mobile People.Powered.Logistics intends to continue setting benchmarks for sustainability in the logistics sector and inspire others to adopt similar practices.

This news comes as the global logistics industry faces increasing pressure to reduce its environmental impact. Carbon emissions from the sector account for a significant portion of global greenhouse gas emissions, and many companies are seeking ways to become more sustainable.
