- Germany (Reformation Day): 00:00 to 22:00 – Ban on trucks over 7.5 tonnes and vehicles with trailers in specific states: Brandenburg, Bremen, Hamburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Schleswig-Holstein, and Thuringia.
In Lower Saxony, the ban is shortened to 06:00 to 22:00. - Poland: 18:00 to 22:00 – Restrictions apply to HGVs over 12 tonnes.
- Slovenia: 08:00 to 22:00 – Applies to trucks and vehicle combinations over 7.5 tonnes.
- Hungary: 22:00 to 00:00 – Ban on trucks and vehicle combinations over 7.5 tonnes.

- Austria: 00:00 to 22:00 – Restrictions on tractors with trailers over 3.5 tonnes, trucks, articulated vehicles, and self-propelled industrial machinery over 7.5 tonnes.
- Croatia: 14:00 to 23:00.
- France: 00:00 to 22:00.
- Luxembourg: 00:00 to 21:45.
- Germany: 00:00 to 22:00 in Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Rhineland-Palatinate, and Saarland, and from 06:00 to 22:00 in North Rhine-Westphalia.
German exceptions on All Saints’ Day
The Federal Office for Logistics and Mobility (BALM) has announced exemptions for All Saints’ Day in North Rhine-Westphalia, where the truck traffic ban is lifted from 00:00 to 06:00. From 06:00 to 22:00, lorries over 7.5 tonnes transporting goods can use the following routes:
- A1 Motorway: From the Lotte/Osnabrück interchange to the border of North Rhine-Westphalia/Lower Saxony near Osnabrück-Nord, and vice versa.
- A2 Motorway: From the Bad Oeynhausen interchange to the North Rhine-Westphalia/Lower Saxony border at Bad Eilsen, and vice versa.
- A30 Motorway: Various routes along the North Rhine-Westphalia/Lower Saxony border.
- Poland: 08:00 to 22:00.
- Slovakia: 00:00 to 22:00 – Restrictions apply to HGVs over 3.5 tonnes and those with trailers. The Slovak Police allow exceptions on motorways, 1st class roads, and for international traffic entering from specific neighbouring countries, provided the destination is in Slovakia.
- Slovenia: 08:00 to 22:00.
- Hungary: 00:00 to 22:00.
- Italy: 09:00 to 22:00 – Ban applies to trucks over 7.5 tonnes.
