How the pressures of peak season 2022 will change the last mile for good

Peak season is now here, with Black Friday and Cyber Monday just days away, followed by Christmas.

Although last mile operators won’t have to fight as much against coronavirus this time out, there are other challenges to contend with, not least high inflation and reduced consumer confidence.

Amid these challenges, how can last mile operators make sure they have the optimal amount of capacity and human resources to meet the level of demand this peak season?
