The acquisition strengthens Raben’s presence in the Netherlands, particularly in the northern region, and enhances its groupage road transport and warehousing services. DGO Express, strategically located on the A28 highway near the Hoogeveen junction, serves as a key logistics hub for the Netherlands and the wider Benelux region.

The Sent Waninge Group, which has owned DGO Express, will now focus on its other transport operations, including Sent Waninge Transport and Transpa Emmen B.V. Shareholders Jantinus and Arnold Waninge emphasized their commitment to continuing the family business, originally founded in the 1930s.
Raben Group, also a family-owned company with over 90 years of experience, operates more than 160 locations across 15 European countries. The company’s Dutch headquarters is in Oss, and the acquisition of DGO Express adds to its growing presence in the region.
