Renault Trucks has confirmed that Bruno Blin will step down as Chief Executive Officer on 1 November 2025. He will remain within the Volvo Group as Senior Adviser, contributing to strategic projects.

Antoine Duclaux, currently Senior Vice President Renault Trucks International, has been appointed as Blin’s successor.

Duclaux joined the Volvo Group in 2020 in Sweden as Group Head of Internal Audit and Risk Management, reporting to the AB Volvo Board. Before that, he held senior leadership positions at Holcim Group, including CEO roles in Latin America, the Middle East and Central Europe, as well as heading Strategy and M&A and Internal Audit.

Since July 2024, he has led Renault Trucks International, overseeing business development across the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Latin America, and managing the company’s Emergency and Defence division.

Blin, who has led Renault Trucks since 2012, said the company has “strengthened its position in the market, deepened its understanding of customers’ needs, and firmly established itself as a frontrunner in electromobility.”

Duclaux commented that he is “deeply honoured, humbled and energised” to take on the CEO role and intends to focus on long-term profitable growth while supporting the industry’s transition towards decarbonisation.
