Low wages are the problem , can get 750-1000 driving a 360 on a building site per week , some drivers wages are a quid  above minimum wage , or some shit salary , 24 quid a night out lol what a joke couldn’t even cover a crap hotel cost , then they wonder why people arnt interested ,
